FUJINON grants the following guarantees for the models mentioned above:

The warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship that may arise. During this period, FUJINON will be responsible for the repair of the equipment (labor, spare parts and customer returns) for the devices delivered in our workshops, but reserves the right to repair or replace defective binoculars.

However, the guarantee can not be exercised in the following cases:

A/ in case of wear of parts such as rubber armatures, belt, eyepiece cover, etc.,
B/ in case of repairs due to inappropriate interventions or incorrect and non-conforming repairs
Carried out in a maintenance center not approved by the manufacturer,
C/ in the event of modifications to the appliance or use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions,
D/ in the event of a fall.

FUJINON can not be held responsible for damage caused by fire, dirt, wind or water, earthquakes or natural or other disasters.

Under the law, FUJINON excludes direct or indirect damage, which could result from a binocular defect.

At the time of purchase, the invoice acts as a guarantee voucher.

Any dispute or dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of our orders or sales, even in the event of a warranty claim or multiple defendant, will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Versailles or the Versaillais Courts In whose jurisdiction the headquarters of our establishment is located.
