1 - You contact us (email, phone, mail) to explain your situation and your wishes concerning the type of maintenance / repair.

3 - Fujinon International SA provides a complete diagnosis as soon as possible, which is given to you with a detailed estimate of routine maintenance or repair.
4 - This quote is all inclusive (VAT, ...), until transport back to your address. Of course, in the case of a warranty, a replacement binocular will be sent back to you as soon as possible, at no cost!
5 - You accept the offer: upon receipt of your payment in full, the work is done and we will send you your binoculars in prepaid and secure transport.
6 - You refuse the offer: upon receipt of the full payment of the only three transports (from jumellesmarine.fr to the SAV, from SAV to jumellesmarines.fr and from jumellesmarine.fr to your address), we return your twin as it is With our photo.
Tip: As the vast majority of Fujinon binoculars are waterproof, consider regularly sprinkling them with fresh water to remove marine salt and other harmful materials from the durability of your Fujinon binoculars (especially blinker rubbers!).
