To do so, place your order normally on this site and select "withdrawal on the spot" in the carrier choice (free!). - Order validated before 10am: You can withdraw it the same day from 2pm. - Order validated after 10 hours: You can withdraw it the next day from 9:30am.

Delivery complaints


Parcel delivered out of time:

 

Jumelles Marine can not be held responsible for the delivery times of the carrier chosen by you.

Nevertheless, we are at your disposal to carry out an inquiry with the responsible services to find out the reasons and to keep you informed of the progress of your package as soon as possible.


No delivery for address error:

 

If the error is due to Jumelles Marine, we will re-ship the package upon receipt at our expense.
If the error is your fault, we will be obliged to ask you to pay the actual shipping charges of the second shipment.
In case you wish to cancel the order, we will make the refund excluding postage.



Parcel returned after the delay:

 

If you do not return to your post office within 15 days of receiving your Colissimo Delivery Factor and 7 working days after delivery for Chronopost, the package will automatically be returned to us.
In this case the terms will be the same as for non delivery due to an error of address (above).



Lost Package:

 

If the carrier loses your package, we undertake to initiate an inquiry with their claim department, and once this loss has been confirmed by them, we will return your order to you without any additional charge.

In order to do so, you must send us by mail or by mail a copy of your identity card and a handwritten letter stating on your honor that you have not received the said parcel and that you undertake to refuse the first package in In the event that it is distributed to you thereafter.



Parcels deteriorated:


It is your responsibility to check the contents of your package as soon as you receive it, in front of the factor or merchant of the relay point.
Thus, you can make an observation with the representative of the carrier to carry out the procedures of complaint of the inconveniences of which it is solely responsible.

If the delivery man were to drop you an apparently deteriorated package you can:
- refuse it and ask to make an observation with the latter. This approach allows for processing the claim and returning a second package much faster.
- Open it in front of the postman so that he can see with you the number of deteriorated items and complete a report. (It is the obligation of the postman or delivery person to keep the deterioration with you if you so request).

If you would like us to take care of the process for you, you have to send us pictures of the defective items and the package (label with your name included) as soon as we receive it.

Any unclaimed parcels following our mailings will cause a cancellation of the order after 6 months.
